Find your direction.

Personal branding begins with clarity: what you stand for, who you can help and the useful work you are willing to keep showing up for.

Inner Compass

I created Inner Compass to help people think through direction, personal branding, content, offers and building useful work. The starting point is the person behind the presence: their values, abilities and intended contribution.

Direction before distribution

Before choosing platforms or formats, define the work. Name the audience, the problem you understand and the change you can responsibly help someone make. Content has a clearer purpose when it grows from that foundation.

Tell the truth well

Good storytelling makes real experience easier to understand. Share the process behind your decisions, describe your contribution accurately and let useful work support your public identity.

Explore mentoring

If you would like to discuss direction, content or personal branding, send a short introduction and the question you are working through. We can explore whether mentoring is a good fit and discuss the format and availability directly.

Let’s make it matter.

A film, a clearer direction, a story worth telling.
